Welcome to Henry County 4-H

The Henry County 4-H program is designed to offer youth ages 9-18 years of age an opportunity to grow in leadership, citizenship, and communication by offering a variety of project areas and activities while interacting with peers their age in a club setting.

The Buzz About Bees

Would you like to learn a little bit about bees, especially the 4,000 species of native bees found in North America? If so, please Click here to download the handout and watch the video to the right.

At the end of the video, with just a few recycled materials found around the house, you can make a mason bee house to hang in your yard. The mason bee is found throughout North America and is a very efficient pollinator.
